DBConvert for SQLite & MySQL is a program that provides two-way conversion from SQLite databases to MySQL server and from MySQL to SQLite. It provides Unicode Support and Primary keys and Indexes conversion are available. If your hosting provider restricts direct access to your MySQL database you may create PHP script or Dump files to workaround any restrictions.
